    We are sorry to see you want to cancel your order! We will inform the agency responsible for the last mile delivery asap but please, if the deliveryman/deliverywoman tries to deliver the parcel ( we might not be able to stop the delivery attempt if the parcel has already been assigned to a route) just tell him/her that you don’t want it and we will refuse/return it without any additional cost for you.

  • On second thoughts, I want to keep my order

    Great! No problem! We are going to cancel the pick-up. If we are not able to stop the collection attempt and we try to collect the parcel, just tell the deliveryman/deliverywoman you are keeping the parcel and that the return request is cancelled.
