Limitation of Liability

GRUPO SGEL will only be responsible for damages that the User may suffer as a result of the use of this website (hereafter, “the Portal”) when said damages are attributable to a malicious action of the company’s.

The User acknowledges and accepts that the use of the Portal, as well as the provision of the services offered within it, is carried out entirely at their own risk and their own responsibility. 

GRUPO SGEL cannot be held liable for any damages that may arise from, but are not limited to, (i) Inferences, omissions, interruptions, computer viruses, breakdowns and/or disconnections in the operation of this electronic system or in the Users’ computer equipment, brought about by causes outside of GRUPO SGEL, that prevent or delay the provision of services or navigation through the System; (ii) Delays or blockages in use caused by deficiencies or overloads of the Internet or other electronic systems; (iii) That they may be caused by third parties through illegitimate interference beyond the control of the Portal and that are not attributable to GRUPO SGEL; (iv) The impossibility of providing the Service or allowing access for causes not attributable to GRUPO SGEL, due to the User, third parties, or to cases of force majeure.

GRUPO SGEL does not normally monitor the use of the Portal by Users.

Intellectual property rights

All the of the Portal content and, in particular, the designs, texts, graphics, logos, icons, buttons, software, trade names, trademarks, industrial drawings or any other signs that might be used industrially or commercially are the intellectual property of GRUPO SGEL or the third parties who own them and who have duly authorized their inclusion in the Portal.

Under no circumstances should it be understood that any license is granted nor any waiver, transfer, total or partial assignment of said rights is effected nor any right or expectation of rights is conferred, particularly for the alteration, exploitation, reproduction, distribution or public communication of that content without the explicit prior authorization of GRUPO SGEL or the relevant owners.

No link to the Portal may be set up from any other website without the explicit prior consent of GRUPO SGEL. All rights to the information contained in each and every page of the website are reserved.

Changes to and updating of the Portal

GRUPO SGEL reserves the right to change or delete parts of the content of the website, any image or information contained in it or to change its arrangement in order to improve its accessibility or presentation.
