We notify you by SMS

As soon as your order arrives at the selected Punto Celeritas, we will send you an SMS informing you that you can now pick it up during the wide opening hours of the establishment. You decide when! In this SMS we send you a PIN code that will be requested at the time of delivery. This way we guarantee that only you (or the person you authorize) can withdraw the order.

15 days to pick up your order

Do not worry if you can not pick it up immediately. You have up to 15 days to pick up your order. When there are 5 days left for this term to end, we will contact you via email or SMS to remind you that your package is waiting for you.

If you do not pick it up, we'll return it

If you finally decide not to pick up your package, after 15 days we will take care of returning it to the store where you bought it and, if applicable, they can reimburse you for the money you paid them in the purchase.

In 72h we return your order

In a period of approximately 72 hours, we deliver your return to the online store where you purchased the product so that, if applicable, they can reimburse you for the money you paid them in the purchase.
